John Booth CVO
Chairman
John is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who chairs a number of companies including the London Theatre Company and Natilik Ltd. He is a non-executive director of two investment management businesses and has a range of venture capital interests in e-commerce, media and telecommunications. He chairs the Trustees of The National Gallery and The Prince’s Trust, is a Trustee of the Chatsworth Settlement Trust, the Arts Foundation and a number of other charities. John is a Fellow of Merton College, Oxford, an ambassador for the homelessness charity Depaul International, Deputy Lieutenant for West Sussex and sits on the Honours Committee.
Emanuel Arbib
Founder
Emanuel Arbib is the Founder of iAM Capital and the Founder and Executive Chairman of iAM Invest Ltd, the FCA Regulated investment manager of iAM Capital’s funds, with over 25 years of experience in real estate investing, finance, and banking.
Previously, he was a Director at Capital Management Ltd, a family office specializing in real estate, alternative investments, and fixed income. He was also a Director of the Trident Rowan Group Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company that controlled Moto Guzzi, the Italian motorbike manufacturer.
Daniel Baron
Director
Daniel Baron is a Director of iAM Invest Ltd. His experience includes corporate transactions, public and private securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund representation, commercial agreements, and venture capital.
Previously, Daniel served as Counsel for Schwell Wimpfheimer & Associates and before that, was an Associate at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
Daniel holds a juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
Detlef Bierbaum
Director
Detlef Bierbaum is a Non-Executive Director of iAM Capital. He has an extensive financial career at some of the most significant European institutions.
Previously, he was a General Partner of Sal. Oppenheim, a German private bank headquartered in Cologne, where he was in charge of institutional asset management, the mutual funds business and alternative investments, as well as private equity.
Detlef also served on the board of directors of the Association of German Banks.
Luigi Marchesini
Director
Luigi Marchesini is a Non-Executive Director of iAM Capital. He has over 40 years of experience in the Italian real estate market.
He is the Founder of Galotti SpA, a major real estate company in Italy operating in Milan, Bologna and Rome. Galotti SpA has been designing projects for over 60 years whose distinctive factor is quality, efficiency and respect for the environment. Over the past 10 years, Galotti has completed over 250,000 sqm of residences, 200,000 sqm of commercial areas and 300,000 sqm of offices.
Johanna A. Perugia
Director
Johanna A. Perugia is the Director of iAM Capital and has over 15 years of experience in the Italian real estate market.
Previously, she was an Advisor and Director of AFI SpA, one of Italy’s leading private real estate companies and a senior advisor to Patron Capital, an international real estate private equity investment firm.
Since May 2023, she has been serving in the Board of Directors of Enel SpA, the Italian multinational energy manufacturer and distributor operating in over 30 countries worldwide. Having been an active participant in the civil society and philanthropic activities for many years, she currently holds several positions such as the president of HaShomer HaChadash, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency, and as a board member for the Mario Foundation and the Claudio Segre Foundation.
Mark B. Segall
Director
Mark B. Segall is a Non-Executive Director of iAM Capital and a Director of iAM Invest Ltd.
He is the Founder of Kidron Corporate Advisors LLC, a boutique representing public and private companies and Kidron Capital Advisors, an SEC registered broker-dealer.
Prior to forming Kidron, Mark was the co-CEO of Investec Inc., the US investment banking arm of Investec Group. Before this, he was a Partner in the New York based law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. He serves on the board of directors of a number of public and private companies including National CineMedia, Inc. and Bel Fuse, Inc.

Diego Mattellone
Investment Associate
Diego Mattellone is an Investment Associate at iAM Capital. He has a track record of managing all aspects of the investment lifecycle for transactions ranging in size $5 – 20mn in a variety of industries.
Previously, he worked in Boston for a non-traditional private equity firm designed to optimize the search fund investment model.
Diego holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Udine.
Ever Arbib
Consultant
Ever Arbib is a Consultant at iAM Capital, where he is involved in asset management activities across France and the United States, supporting portfolio performance and active investment programs. He also contributes to investor relations and marketing initiatives and supports a flagship investment program in the U.S. Tri-State area.
Prior to joining iAM Capital, Ever worked as a consultant in the real estate and alternative investment sector, gaining experience across Europe, Israel and the United States.
Ever holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Reichman University and a Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College, New York.
Almudena Laria
Senior Investment Analyst
Almudena Laria is a Senior Investment Analyst at iAM Capital. She is involved across the full investment lifecycle, supporting sourcing, execution and asset management activities across the firm’s investment platforms.
Previously, she worked at MAPFRE, where she supported the management of a €1.2bn+ pan-European real estate portfolio and the execution of cross-border transactions in major European cities. She also gained experience in investment analysis in London at Blomfield Partners.
Almudena holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture.

Investment and Fundraising Analyst
Ever Arbib Ever is an Investment and Fundraising Analyst at iAM Capital. Prior to joining iAM Capital, he gained valuable experience in the real estate sector supporting various transactions in Europe, Israel and the U.S. Previously, he worked at Patron Capital in London, a leading investment company specialized in real estate and alternative investments with €5B of AUM. Ever holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Reichman University and a Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College NY.

Jasper Verkleij
CFO & COO
Jasper Verkleij is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of iAM Capital and has over 13 years of experience in finance across financial control, analysis, investor relations, and operations.
Previously, Jasper spent 5 years as CFO & COO for a boutique hedge fund with investments in private equity, real estate and various structured transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Jasper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Utrecht University and a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Honors) from Bond University.
Giovanni Gitti
Legal Advisor
Giovanni is Legal Executive at iAM Capital and has over three years of experience mainly across corporate and financial law.
Previously, he worked for an Italian law firm, dealing with civil, corporate, bankruptcy, banking and financial law.
Giovanni holds a JD (Honors) in law from Bocconi University and a PhD in corporate law from University of Milan. He obtained the qualification as Italian lawyer in 2023.
Alessandro Rossi
Junior Legal Advisor
Alessandro Rossi is a Junior Legal Advisor at iAM Capital with nearly two years of experience in private equity, renewable energy, and real estate. He has actively participated in numerous political and social initiatives over the years, both during his time at university and beyond. In addition to his role at iAM Capital, Alessandro serves as an advisor to Italian individuals, cultural organisations, and early-stage startups. He is a regular contributor to his personal blog and is often invited to speak at events and conferences on topics related to law, society, and internationalisation. Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University College London (UCL) and is currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in England and Wales, alongside pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Practice at BPP University Law School.
Galina Drobysevskaja
Corporate Accountant
Galina Drobysevskaja is a Corporate Accountant at iAM Capital Group Ltd and has over 20 years of accounting and compliance experience, having primarily focused on the investment advisory industry.
Previously, she spent 3 years as an Operations Officer at BanyanTree, a wealth management firm, where she monitored compliance and accounting procedures.
Galina holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich, and she is in the progress of obtaining her ACCA qualification.
