Sirtori


In mid-July 2021, we acquired the asset at Via Sirtori, which consisted of eight unfinished residential units and a loft area with extra high ceilings across c. 850 sqm.


Following the CapEx works, we created six residential units and a state of the art office unit. We have since leased the residential units to Sweetstay, a leading short-term rental operator, to capitalize on the post-pandemic travel boom and put the office space up for sale.
