At the end of 2018, we completed the acquisition of a property located at 11 Avenue de Saint Ouen in Paris.

With a total of 790sqm, their previous rents were quite below market and following the purchase, our objective was to carry out extensive renovation works and to resell the units independently within 2 years of purchase.
