In early July 2021, we completed the acquisition of two super-prime trophy assets. The combined asset consists of 185 gross sqm (167 net

sqm) across 3 floors.

The second-floor unit has been refurbished to a very high standard, which is now going to be rented out to a leading short-term letting business. The remaining two units will follow the same strategy.
