In October 2021, we finalized the acquisition of one of our earliest pipeline assets for ICE II, located in southeast Paris, at Rue de Patay. The asset consists of 1,960 gross sqm (1,763 net sqm) of mixed-use office and retail space that was underlet at purchase.

Our strategy is to refurbish and re-let the asset at market rates.
