In early December 2021, we acquired the building at Via Gioacchino Murat. Located in northern Milan, the office asset was a 2,549 gross sqm (2,131 net sqm) building over three floors and six parking spaces.

The building was identified as a strong candidate for conversion into residences since the building was well suited for fractioning into separate units.
