Gobetti

The asset at Via Gobetti is a 10,497 gross sqm office building in an office park located 15km from the city of Milan in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The building at acquisition was leased to various tenants at strong market rents but with only short periods remaining on the leases.

Our strategy was to lightly renew the interior in order to re-lease the space and exit upon stabilization.
