Castel Porrona

In March 2026, we acquired Castel Porrona, a historic hospitality asset located in the Tuscan countryside near Montalcino, through our ICE III Fund. The property is a fortified borgo dating back to the 15th century, comprising a central tower and a collection of traditional stone buildings enclosed within the original medieval village walls.

The asset includes approximately 30 rooms and suites, together with a restaurant, spa and wellness facilities, and an outdoor swimming pool.
